Focused on giving compassionate assistance with daily tasks

Our Personal Care Assistants (PCA) are trained by our RN. They provide friendly care and supportive services, including performing basic chores in the home and assisting clients with theirs. PCA services from Care Partners Homecare LLC are available in the Twin Cities’ metro areas and its suburban areas.

Some of the services our PCAs provide include but are not limited to one or more of the categories of services:

  • Activities of daily living (ADLs): This includes grooming, bathing, eating, transfer, mobility, positioning, and toileting.
  • Instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs): This includes accompanying clients to medical appointments and community activities, assisting with paying bills, completing household tasks, planning and preparing meals, and shopping for food, clothing, and other essential items.
  • Observation and redirection of behaviors: Our PCAs may observe and provide redirection to the recipient for episodes of behavior needing redirection, as identified in the care plan developed by the Registered Nurse.
  • Health-related procedures: These are tasks that can be performed by PCA that are delegated or assigned by a licensed healthcare professional, such as a nurse under state law.
