The nurses who operate Care Partners Homecare LLC have worked in many health care settings, including ICU, Med-Surgical Nursing, Pediatric, Mental Health, Neuro, and Spine, Long Term Care, and Home Care setting. Our experiences give us unique insight into the health care needs of our clients. As a result of these experiences, we provide comprehensive services, including personal support services for healthcare facilities and communities. We also provide assisted living services in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, as well as in-home services throughout the Twin Cities (Please ask one of the community liaisons for the area of coverage). Our ultimate goal is to be your partner in care.
